Okay, so Peaches here is dipping into
something a little stronger than milk!

This tutorial has been
translated into Italian by Paola
http://paolasweb.altervista.org/pagina_tutorial_psp_elenco.php

This tutorial is written
for PSP 8.1 but can easily be adapted for earlier versions.
For this tutorial I used:
a) woman image &
peaches fill HERE
b) font Oasis HERE
c) Toadies Blast 'em! Plugin HERE
d) Super Blade Pro preset 0_glass HERE
e) peach tube HERE
Lets play!
1. Open an image
400 x 200 with a white background
2. Open your peaches tube
and Copy>Paste as New Layer into your canvas
3. Right click on your
peaches layer and Duplicate
4. Hide your duplicated
copy of the peaches by clicking on the eye and then click on the
first peach layer to activate it
5.
Effects>Plugins>Toadies>Blast 'Em! with these settings:
Diffuse 43 Transparency 211
6. Unhide and activate
your copy of the peaches and with the Move Tool pull it down
slightly below the first peach image
7. Effects>3D
Effects>Drop Shadow with these settings:
Vertical 2 Horizontal 5 Opacity 70 Blur 16
8. Open your woman image
and Copy, Paste as New Layer, position
9.
Add new Raster Layer and activate your Font Tool. These are my
settings:
Create as Floating - Font Oasis - Size - 36 Stroke Width 2
Pick
a light color out of the peaches with the Eyedropper Tool for
the foreground, I used #FFBE2E. For the background open
your peaches image and in the Materials palette click on your
background square, click on the Pattern tab, click the down
arrow and scroll to the top until you see your peaches image.
Scale 100
10.
Apply font and while your name is selected go to
Effects>Plugins>BladePro and use the 0_glass preset. I
lowered the radius setting to 9 because I thought it looked
better

11.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow with these settings:
Vertical 2 - Horizontal 2 - Opacity 70 Blur 3
12.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen
13.
Right click in on any layer and Merge>Merge All
You
can finish here or go on on to framing:
14.
Image>Add Borders I used 9 Symmetric
15.
With the Magic Wand Tool select the border and using your Flood
Tool, fill with the peaches pattern.
16.
Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow and use the same
settings as before
17.
Add a drop shadow again, this time changing the Vertical and
Horizontal to -2
Your
finished! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
Alternate
way to do the text would be to set your foreground to a color
and your background to null. After applying text set your Magic
Wand Tool to Mode>Add and select the tops of the letters and
Flood fill with white - Select None then use the Magic Wand to
select the bottom and fill with your pattern. Select None -
Selections>Select All - Selections>Float and apply the
glass preset giving you this effect:
